One truck. One tech. Your tub.
SimmsSpa Services is run by Sterling Simms — the same person who answers the phone, writes your quote, and shows up at the gate.
A decade of hands in the water.
Before SimmsSpa, I worked as a maintenance technician for a hot tub dealer, servicing spas full-time — installs, repairs, water chemistry, warranty work, the whole range. That's where the actual education happened: seeing how tubs fail, and how much of it was avoidable.
I've been running SimmsSpa on my own for seven years now. The business has grown to more than fifty active service contracts plus a portfolio of short-term rental properties, entirely on referrals and repeat customers.
Predictable, documented, boring.
Boring is the goal. You should not be thinking about your hot tub between soaks, and you shouldn't be surprised by a bill.
Every visit runs the same checklist, and you get a note afterward — what the water read, what I adjusted, and anything on the equipment worth watching. If something needs a repair, you hear about it while it's still cheap.
Routes are built around geography, which is why quotes account for drive distance. It keeps pricing honest instead of averaging everyone up.
The advantages of small.
I know your equipment
No rotating crew re-learning your setup every month. I remember which jets are finicky and when your cover was replaced.
One person to call
No dispatch queue, no ticket number. If something's wrong, you're talking to the person who did the work.
Straight answers on repairs
I'll tell you when something can wait, and when it can't. I don't sell equipment, so there's nothing to push.
